Return & Refund Policy

At MA Design, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final — Made to Order All products are printed and fulfilled on demand specifically for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for re-shipment costs.

Lost Packages If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the fulfillment partner.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has begun and cancellations are not possible.
