Processing Time

All MA Designer products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Shipping Times

United States: 5–10 business days after production

International: 10–20 business days after production

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@madesignco.store with your order number. We'll investigate and make it right.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
