Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, email us at support@madesignco.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll get you sorted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@madesignco.store with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
