All MA Design products are made on demand. Once you place your order, production begins within 1–3 business days, followed by shipping within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it’s dispatched.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it within 8 business days of ordering, email us at support@madesignco.store with your order number.

Because every item is made specifically for you, we can only change or cancel orders before they enter production (usually within 12 hours of purchase). Email us immediately at support@madesignco.store with your order number.

We accept returns on items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was shown. Because items are made on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection — so please check the size guide before ordering.

We’re sorry to hear that! Email us at support@madesignco.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Our tees and tops have a structured unisex fit that’s true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized look, we recommend sizing up. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements.

Absolutely. Most of our tees and tops are available in sizes XS through 5XL. Larger sizes (2XL and above) may be priced slightly higher due to additional materials.

Our GOTS-certified organic cotton tees have minimal shrinkage when cared for properly. Wash cold, tumble dry low, and turn inside out to protect the print and maintain shape.

GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. It means our organic cotton is grown without harmful pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, and produced under safe and fair working conditions. It’s the gold standard in sustainable textile certification.

Every MA Design product is made specifically when you order it — nothing is pre-made and sitting in a warehouse. This means zero excess inventory, zero overproduction, and zero waste. It’s a more sustainable way to make fashion, and every order you place directly supports that model.

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which produces sharp, vivid graphics that are embedded into the fabric rather than sitting on top. DTG prints are fade-resistant and hold up wash after wash.
